Stag’s Breath Highland Coffee

Ingredients
120ml Quality Coffee (we like Cairngorm Coffee Roasters)
45 ml Stag’s Breath Honey Whisky Liqueur
20ml Double Cream
Sugar or sugar syrup to taste

Cinnamon stick


How to make
Add coffee, sugar/syrup and stag’s breath scotch whisky liqueur into a glass. Float cream by pouring over the back of a teaspoon and serve with a cinnamon stick.
